Planning an intimate outdoor celebration, a larger backyard bash, or a spectacular indoor event? We have the décor, tools, and ability to execute your dream, including creating ceiling & drapery treatments for both indoor & tented events. We have created five categories of Design Service Packages to assist you with the creation of your masterpiece. We believe in total transparency within our business and want to be fair, upfront, and honest with our clients every step of the way. This is why we choose to list our pricing up front – so you have one less thing to worry about while designing your works of art.
We can work with any budget, so if you don’t see a package that’s right for you, please contact us directly for options.

WE STYLE
For the visionary client who has their masterpiece planned out, but would like additional assistance to style their work of art.
Starting from: $3,000 ($2,000 décor rentals & $1,000 services).
THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS (custom)
Choose specific aspects & focal points that you would like our team to handle, which will allow more time to style the rest of your masterpiece your way.
Starting from $2,000 ($1,500 décor rentals & $500 services).
BLANK CANVAS (full service – design)
Unsure of your vision? We will take your blank canvas and turn it into a custom curated pièce de résistance.
Starting from $5,000 ($3,500 décor rentals & $1,500 services).
DAY OF COORDINATION & EVENT MANAGEMENT
Feeling stressed about how last-minute tasks will be handled while you are celebrating? Investing in a coordinator will allow you piece of mind knowing we are behind the scenes overseeing & handling all of the details.
Starting from $1,250 + travel.

Booking Information
Don’t Wait – Book the Date!
It’s never too early to book your wedding or special event with All in the Details. We are currently booking 12 – 18 months in advance for many dates, so the more advanced notice that is given, the better. This will allow our adventures together to be as stress-free as possible, and to make sure no details are overlooked when creating your masterpiece.
These are bookings with at least 6 months’ notice before the event date. There is no minimum spend requirement for this booking type.
Please note we will not accept any bookings that are one week or less away from the event date at any point in wedding season (May to October) nor during our busiest times in event season (September to May).
The exception to this rule is for a celebration of life/funeral service.
Last-minute bookings are classified as bookings made with 45 to 90 days’ notice from the event date.

Tour Our Showrooms
We’re proud to offer a 1-hour complimentary showroom tour, which allows you to come explore all that we have to offer, and to connect with one of our design team members. We will discuss your vision in more detail, the budget parameters for your project and how we can be of assistance in the creation of your masterpiece.
Our showrooms are typically open for tours from January to sometime in May, and then are briefly closed during our busy times in wedding season. We encourage you to bring some guests along with you and explore our boutique-style showrooms. There are 6 rooms and 1 outbuilding, fully staged, from floor to ceiling, with amazing décor options to assist you with your work of art.
We kindly ask that you leave your “littles” and pets at home, as we are bursting at the seams with delicate décor pieces and want to make sure no one gets hurt. We also want you to be able to relax, in a stress-free environment and soak in all the possibilities & tips we share with you. If you require additional time to explore the showrooms or would like to discuss your vision & goals further, we can always pencil you in for additional time at our hourly rate. Typically, showroom tours for décor selections last between 2-3 hours.

Hello! My name is Lawni Langstaff, and I am the visionary behind All in the Details. Most people would describe me as organized, always on-the-go, social, humorous, colourful, and, of course, all about the details! Growing up in a small rural community situated on beautiful Quesnel Lake, shaded by giant cedars, has taught me to appreciate the detailed rustic elements in our surroundings. Our vision is to provide an inspirational outlet for couples, designers & event organizers to build their works of art, and to provide the creative freedom & tools to do so. My vision is brought forth from the inspiration of our rugged mountains, lush greenery, twinkling starlit sky, and the golden sunsets on our majestic shorelines. As a visionary, I would be more than honored to assist you with the creation of your masterpiece.

Keeping Things Simple
Décor Rental Delivery & Pickup
Delivery is available from our showrooms to your location of choice. Your order will be neatly stacked at the curbside of the designated drop-off point unless prior arrangements have been made. After your event, we also offer pickup service, or you can return the items yourself to our showroom. Please contact us to learn more about these services.
