You may want to incorporate your own personal & sentimental properties such as heirlooms too. When all these details come together, they create a one of a kind masterpiece. 

 

Some may find it overwhelming to start with a blank canvas., while others may already have a vision of what they would like to create. Regardless of your artistic capabilities you may be needing the creative elements to take your vision to the next level. I am here to assist with this process.

Wedding & Special Event Consulting:

Before you start planning your special event, it is wise to have a masterplan. 


A well thought out, broad view of your event, will save you added stress, time and money. Let's face it, we could all use a little extra money to put into savings for the honeymoon, personal finances or to reach fundraising goals.


Consultations can be setup on an 'As Needed' basis or a service package can be tailored to your unique needs and aspirations.


Starting with your 'Wish List', we can begin looking at an initial budget to create your masterpiece. 

Within your budget, we will then take into account the services necessary to pull off your vision. From the best Venue or Site Locations, to Vendors & Service Packages and all the small details essential for conceptualization.


You will have access to our vendor data base, checklists & handouts, along with vital information on an array of hot topics, such as: 'How to create a timeline?', 'How to create a budget and stick to it?' or 'Renting vs Purchasing?' and numerous others.


So, before you start planning, booking, and spending money, let's sit down and create a comprehensive design plan that takes into consideration all the necessary elements and aspects to create your masterpiece.

Décor Styling:

As a certified IWED Event Designer, allow me to assist with taking your vision and turn it into the piece de résistance!  


Your adventures & personalities, as individuals &/or as a couple, should be depicted in your ultimate unveiling, thus painting a clear message of your unique characteristics. 


This can be accomplished through the venue location, season & time the event is held, activities & entertainment, theme, color palette, the creative decorating elements and props chosen. 


Whether you require an intimate backyard celebration, a larger outdoor ceremony, or a spectacular indoor event, we have the décor and ability to execute your dream.


Think PERIMETER DRAPING: - taking the room and turning it into a more intimate setting. BACKDROPS: - create focal points and can be customize with accessories. CEILING DRAPERY: - can turn large empty rooms into elegant, breathtaking works of art. LIGHTING: - is the ultimate transformation, setting the mood, adding dimension, depth and even a splash of color. FLORAL TREATMENTS: - bring in colors, textures, mood, shapes, etc. into the room to add interest. SIGNAGE: - can be directional, inspirational, informative also humorous, which prove to be a valuable asset when creating an event. TABLESCAPES: - add the final touches and personalization to the room. Think head tables & guest tables, food, desserts and cake tables, signing & gifts, cocktails & hors d'oeuvres tables. All can be decorated and tell a unique story.


Not only do we provide rentals for the DIY enthusiasts, we also offer table-scaping workshops, mock-ups, venue & site walk throughs to discuss strategic ways to layout your event, but we also provide customizable décor styling packages to suite every budget.



Day of Coordination services:

As a certified WPIC Wedding & Event Coordinator, I would be privileged to assist with the execution of your masterplan. Watch your event come to life, while you sit back and enjoy the final unveiling.


This service is for those couples or organizers who have done all the planning for their special event and are looking for someone to execute their vision on the day of. 


Sit back, relax & participate in the celebration, knowing that we are behind the scenes, working our magic and orchestrating your vision to every last minute detail. Be reassured that with my meticulousness, every aspect of your creation will be considered, no matter how small the detail.


Investing in a Day of Coordinator makes it possible for you & your spouse to be present in the moment and allows your guest to celebrate along side of you. 


Our main focus as your personal assistant is your comfort and wellbeing. We want you to be able to soak in all the excitement and joys this momentous occasion has to offer. 


With this being said, we will dote on you throughout the day and well into the evening, bringing you refreshments, meals, check your makeup, and make sure you have everything you require for the day. 


As your chosen liaison, we will delegate duties on your behalf, respond to questions, provide problem solving solutions as they arise, oversee vendor deliveries & setups, synchronize your wedding party, direct guests, adhere to timelines & schedules, all with precision and grace.


We have created two options for Day of Coordination, Full Service & Basic Service. Both options can be personalized to your specifications. 


FULL SERVICE - Day of Coordination Packages: - We take care of the particulars, such as: conversing with your vendors & securing details for setup & delivery, creating  in-depth timelines & schedules for the day-of, emailing pertinent information to all those with a role in the event, and many additional task.
