We want to be fair, upfront, and honest with our clients every step of the way. We choose to list our pricing for potential clients so they can build a realistic budget while designing their works of art. Pricing is a beast, and if you talk to most vendors within the wedding & special events industry, they all say the same thing: pricing their offerings is one of the biggest struggles.
Countless hours of research, number crunching, and strategizing goes into All in the Details’ pricing. We research pricing locally, throughout BC, and Canada. We network with other rental companies and even our competition to provide well thought out and fair price points. The industry-related business courses that I have taken also give us a starting point for structuring our pricing. We Style
For the visionary client who has their masterpiece planned out, but would like additional assistance to style their work of art. You will meet with one of our design team members to discuss your vision and how we can be of assistance. We will take that vision and execute each detail to your specifications for your event. Our team will style your event creating your very own work of art!
Starting from $3,000 ($2,000 décor rentals & $1,000 services).
Custom: The Best of Both Worlds
Choose specific aspects & focal points that you would like our team to handle, which will then allow you more time to style the rest of your masterpiece your way. Select options from our list of focal points, such as ceiling & lighting treatments, backdrop & perimeter draping, soft seating & photo booth areas, head table & guest tablescapes, and more.
Starting from $2,000 ($1,500 décor rentals & $500 services).
Blank Canvas
Unsure of your vision? Overwhelmed by the thought of planning your own masterpiece? Are you wanting someone to take on the project in its entirety and then you & your fiancé show up for the final reveal? We will take your blank canvas and turn it into a custom curated pièce de résistance.
Starting from $5,000 ($3,500 décor rentals & $1,500 services).
Day of Coordination & Event Management
Are you requiring additional reassurance that your event will happen the way you had envisioned? Feeling a little stressed about how last-minute tasks will be addressed while you are celebrating? Investing in a coordinator will not only save you time & money, but we will help ease many of these stressors as well. Rest assured, as your chosen liaison, we will be behind the scenes addressing all the details needed for a successful event.
Starting from $1,250 + travel.
