Ceiling treatments are a creative way to transform a venue area into an intimate setting.

Installing drapery panels lowers ceilings heights, hides flaws or undesirable lighting fixtures & finishes, and makes the atmosphere cozier. Add some soft lighting for an elegant glow and turn off those harsh overhead lights for a gorgeous statement piece. Ceiling treatments can elevate your design and create that WOW factor.
Treatments can be added to several types of indoor venues. Many of our past clients have also hired our team to install ceiling treatments in larger event tents, which make for a spectacular focal point. We have previously created ceiling treatments available to choose from, and can also do custom creations. Custom creations require a $250 non-refundable retainer.
As with all our services, we’re willing to work with you to create a look within your budget parameters and are happy to show you our inventory of previously created creations.
INDOOR CREATIONS
CEILING TREATMENTS IN A VENUE SETTING
Because all venues are different, we may need to meet with the venue owners/management in advance. We’ll do a venue walkthrough, where we discuss your options and how we can make your vision come to life.
Some installations require our team to install custom anchor points and cabling into the structure of the venue, which we will also consider during our walkthrough. If this is the case, this process will be completed before your event date.
If you’ve chosen a custom design, we’ll create a unique blueprint of your project. If needed, we’ll also research wholesalers to locate any supplies required to create your masterpiece, depending on how in-depth your installtion is. If you can envision it, we can make it happen!
OUTDOOR MAGIC
CEILING TREATMENTS IN A TENTED SETTING
This is one of our most sought-after services! We’ve been installing ceiling treatments in tents since 2017. We continually create new looks and packages to choose from.
At All in the Details, we do not use tent liners as they limit design possibilities. Instead, our team custom measures & installs individual lengths of drapery fabric for a custom fit. We’ve also custom made our very own hardware pieces & clamps to aid in installation.
If you require a lighting treatment in your tent(s), please note we do not include extension cords in our package pricing for tented events; however, we do have cords available to rent in various sizes to accommodate your location. We’ll also help you consider factors like weather, and if you might need sidewalls and gutters for your tents to protect both your guests as well as the decor and treatments.

Keep Us in the Loop
It is the client’s responsibility to provide All in the Details with the information required for ceiling treatment services. We will need to know appointment times for venue walkthroughs (to take measurements), access times & parameters for the installation & retrieval processes (typically the day before/after the event), your event start/completion times, if you will require off-hour services for installation/retrieval, and in the case of venue settings, if the venue is booked in advance for events either the day before or after your event. Failure to provide these details in advance will result in additional fees being added to your package.
